It also means I prefer stronger flavors to lighter ones in the base, as this blending tends to lighten the flavoring profile while strengthening the coffee profile. Purists are cringing, but to me, its just another type of 'cooking'. Really happy with this flavor in this brand. During percolation it has a nice aroma. The overall raspberry flavor of this coffee clearly comes through with each sip and is amazing with a sweet cream creamer added, no sugar. The coffee itself is a bit sweeter and does not require a lot of sweetening. I frequently use this coffee in a refrigerated cold brew. Let it site for 20 or more hours and it makes an incredible raspberry flavored cold brew.
