While I have seen some of the material before in other books or videos, there is definitely a new twist on it here and it's the first time I've seen all this information gathered in one place. This is very well illustrated with color photos that clearly illustrate what the author is talking about in the text. I really liked that there were several chapters that followed expert metalworkers step-by-step as they worked on part of a larger project. This shows how one might apply some of the basic techniques shown in the book to an actual project.
