How much powder to I use for a shake?** A: It's approximately a 1/4 of a cup (not exactly), but I'd bet there's a scoop in the bottom of the container somewhere, they sometimes sink to the bottom of the container... This makes evening snacks healthier and smarter. It also makes for super thick protein shakes with just water. If you don't like thin shakes, this is for you. I've only tried chocolate myself, will definitely try the others coming up. The taste is different, I like it, but it's different. I could see some people complaining because of it not being Hershey bar flavor. I wish I could articulate the address of the chocolate flavor, but I can't, it's just different.
