Not only did it significantly help me to stop snoring, but it also proved to be an excellent companion to my CPAP machine. Before using this chin strap, I often woke up with a very dry mouth, even with my CPAP. This chin strap has virtually eliminated that issue, which has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. Beyond its effectiveness, I really appreciate the design. The navy color is subtle and appealing, and more importantly, the strap itself is very comfortable. It's breathable and doesn't feel constricting at all, making it easy to sleep with throughout the entire night. I've had no issues with discomfort, which is a major plus when it comes to something you wear to bed. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable and effective chin strap to help with snoring, or to complement your CPAP therapy by preventing dry mouth, I highly recommend this product.
