The included bolts, washers, and instructions were done well enough to ensure proper installation. Installation: All you'll need is a decent socket wrench and some slip-joint pliers (large). See that rusty, ugly ball sticking out of your bumper? Use it to practice shot put, or take up a hobby playing extreme baseball. Toss it. You'll never need it again. (You have to remove it to install the receiver) Next, get under your truck, line it all up, and hand-thread the bolts into the existing holes. You may encounter a little resistance, so spray the holes with some WD-40 about 10 min prior to installing. An assistant helps. Then, grab your socket and go to work. It's done! (6 bolts / 15 - 20 min with no snags) Issues: I have an aftermarket true dual exhaust, so the hangers for the pipe on the driver side got in the way. However, it's a beefy hanger, so it's nothing a jigsaw with a metal blade and some careful planning couldn't fix. Popping the exhaust hangers off will help with fitting it in to align it all, then put it all back in the same holes. Well made item, solid welding, and perfect fitment... Now it's really a truck.
