I've read online of others currently having this same problem. Help!** A: So my ULTRAWF 469999 was not staying put. I cleared off the top shelf and popped off the side cover (one screw) and used needle nose pliers to gently wiggle the toothed seat which (in my Electrolux side by side fridge) moves up and down to grab or release the filter which has a similarly shaped receiver. Before replacing the cover I checked to see if the filter connection worked. Once it did stay put I replaced the side cover and all was good. I reset the "replace filter" warning via options on the menu. I then ran about a gallon of water to bleed the system and eliminate the cloudiness. I am so happy, and will make notes in the event that I have this problem again. Yippie! **Q: How do you thaw a waterline in the freezer door in side by side?** A: If you are getting water in the floor (I did for a long time) the freezer drain is plugged. There is a new design to fix this but it's pricey. I just put everything in a cooler and used a hair dryer to thaw out the drain then ran a flexible plastic wire through to make sure it was clear to the pan. I kind of re-rigged the hole where the drain hooks to the inside of the freezer with a grommet. So far so good. About a year and a half in. **Q: The filter reset status is still red inspite of manually resetting it after a week of installing the filter. Should I assume the filter is faulty?** A: So you installed the new filter and reset the change filter indicator so it was showing green. Then a week later it was red again?
