It is strong and the wire is thicker so it does not get kinked up. The only downside is that, because the wire is thick it catches hold of more clay on every pass, this is also because of the twisted texture of the wire, so i have to stop and clean the wire off, otherwise the wire will get a build up of clay on it, but that is a minor gripe, because it is so strong, comfortable and durable that I would not go back to the long skinny wire that constantly got in the way and got tangled with itself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Exactly What I Needed *by C***C on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2023* I used this to cut large blocks of clay.
