**Q: Is there an easy way to get the plastic container off?**
A: Not that easy to do.  We use a serrated knife to remove the cover seal.  Then we push the seed log onto the seed log holder and kind of wiggle the package to slide the plastic off.  It gets easier after a while!

**Q: How many comes in the order>**
A: they come single... only one, my birds loved it

**Q: DOES this cylinder have a hole in the middle?**
A: Yes, it does, and it is perfect for the hangers to fit through.

**Q: Is this cylinder supposed to be soft?**
A: I’m not sure what you mean by soft but it comes as a typical suet cylinder. Seeds held together by suet. It shouldn’t be falling apart much, maybe a few seeds. Maybe yours melted from heat during shipping?
