With a maximum capacity of 17 oz (500 ml), this stylish glass coffee server is perfect for brewing rich, flavorful cold coffee at home. ## Description HOW TO USE:1)GRIND your favorite coffee beans into coarse grounds.This keeps the grounds on the filter and allows the water to flow through and around the coffee for utmost flavor.2)ADD 6-8 coffee spoons of the coarse ground coffee or 30-40 grams onto filter which locates in the middle compartment.3)POUR cold water or room temperature water in the top chamber until the level you'd like Max 17 oz (500 ml).Adding ice cubes in the chamber is optional if you would like to brew it within shorter time.4)PLACE the lid on top and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.Occasional checks might be necessary for optimal performance when used for the first time. CAUTION: 1) Glass container may be fragile. During ice brewing or refrigerating, the glass container can sweat. When holding it, it is possible to slip through hand. Please handle it with care. 2) For nonstop drip flowing we advise you to adjust the valve between 0 (OPEN) and 15 degrees ranging 1-3 sec one drop. When water level lowers in the top chamber, the pressure will be less accordingly so the frequency of drips may decrease. Occasional observation and adjusting the valve may be required especially when leaving it for brewing in the refrigerator. 3) Cloth filter is placed below the coffee ground in the middle compartment and it is reusable.For the first use, it is recommended to rinse it thoroughly so that no any possible cloth taste would interfere with the coffee taste. 4) Filter paper is placed on the top of the coffee ground in the middle compartment to absorb the water drops by allowing the water to distribute evenly on the coffee ground's surface.
