My neck completely has no problem. I am a person lying on my back in sleeping. The feathers are fluffy enough to support my neck. I love this soft pillow very much. These pillows are comfortable and elegant. It is soft, firm and very light, but the filling feathers look very good. When the pillow arrives for the first time, they (2 packages) are in the vacuum in the box. It seems that there is no enough filler. But after a while, the fiber expands. You have to loose them before using it. I strike it every few days. This is OK again. They are typical large size（20“x 30”）. I am very happy. It has a very beautiful thick quilting cover. I really like the zipper at its end. Because of it, users can remove or fill according to the need, so that the pillow can be regulated conveniently. I like it very much and replace it with my pillow. I also want to buy one for my partner. He is also a person lying on his back. I can vouch that this is, for the most part, true. The pillows are stuffed moderately well, but this only goes so far. Personally, I was under the impression that this would REALLY be stuffed, and if you are too, let me be the first to tell you that this is not the case. It states these pillows are for back and side sleepers, and as a back sleeper myself, that usually implies a medium-firm to firm pillow for proper support. I would say these pillows are not quite there, and are more on the softer side. If you have a look at the second photo, that's with very light pressure my hand sunk as much as it did.The build quality is nice and I have no complaints there. It is good for side sleepers. So as far as comfort it does get 5 stars.I thought as long as the pillow itself is comfortable that is all that matters.After the first night I did have a neck ache. I figured it just needed to be broken in, so that's what I've been trying to do.
