It comes with a straw to inflate it, ok, no big deal. You do that, then remove the straw to put the plug in and.... the ball deflates quite a lot. There's no built in stopper to keep it from deflating like you'd find in a beach ball - or likely a higher quality product. Look for something better that can be inflated easily without having to be a magician in order to get the stopper into the ball before it deflates too much to be useful. I managed to somewhat get it, but it's really not quite inflated enough to be useful for exercise, in my opinion.
