Honestly, that's the ONLY THING!! It was remedied by fixing a small metal plate to that side with a lip on it so it cannot rub on the tire. This trolley is the best thing! My wife has used it nearly every day since its purchase. It has held a lot of stuff! With no issues at all. It's very easy to push. The wheels are solid, but still have give in them. There is very little wear to the tyres even though it has been used nearly every day for months!
