A: It's a matter of preference actually depends on when you are planning on using it, you can just buy coconut oil.a Doctor recommended it they wouldn't recommend something that's not Healthy.

A: The box that I received says "Dist. By Carlson Division of J. R. Carlson Laboratories, Inc." so looks authentic to me.

**Q: Should these be refrigerated? Mine arrived melted..**
A: Mine arrived okay.  Must have been exposed to heat.  I just keep mine in a bedroom drawer.  No problem.

**Q: how often do you use it?**
A: The Key-E Suppositories are to be use as need up to four times daily.
