What comes in the box:- Main unit, dispenser, Air Tube (100cm), Mouthpiece, Child Mask, 5 Spare Air Filters, AC Adapter and Instructional Manual. All of these individual items are packed separately.BuildVery compact nebulizer. The AC adapter and the air tube are around 1 metre each - which is sufficient even if you need to use it a little far away from a switch. The main unit is quite sturdy and feels well built. The plastic components feel OK - not flimsy.Usage- Very quiet. Just a little whirrr. My baby boy refused to use a Handyneb nebuilzer because it made a lot of noise. With this one, the noise is hardly anything at all. He just concentrates on the vapour and is very interested to sniff it, and sometimes likes to put the mouth-piece in his mouth. He doesn't like the mask at all, so I just hold it under his nose, and he sits still. If it was more noisy, he would not have used it.- The air tube plugs in well and stays put. Doesn't slip out.- The dispenser needs to be held vertically straight and not slanted more than a little.- Main unit stays quite cool and doesn't heat up.Because there's no special pouch as available in some other nebulizers, unpacking and packing all the components back into the box does take a little time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Near perfect *by V***Y on 16 October 2017* Great product, worth the price and totally recommend.
