My sunglasses aren't gigantic, but they do fit in these. These are so superior to regular cases. I can get my glasses out very quickly without fiddling around AND protect them from scratching and banging that open vertical cases subject them to. The hinged hard shell cases I used to use always came apart in some way or another, were very fiddly, large, ugly, and sometimes loud. I first got the idea to get a soft-shell vertical case because my grandmother had a couple. Unfortunately, they were either open on one end or closed in some relatively complex way. So I looked for either a kiss lock or a squeeze hinge. I love how you can just pop these open instead of dealing with a flap or button. These seem to be good enough quality that the finish isn't peeling off or anything like that. Because they don't have a pocket for owner information, I just insert a card with my name and phone number for when I inevitably lose my glasses.
