They made the volume and wake/sleep buttons far too sensitive. The opening to access the silent toggle is nearly unreachable unless you have long nails. Grabbing the phone to pick it up seems to activate one or more of the buttons (either locking the phone or adjusting the volume), even when you don't touch the buttons.
