The smell is like stomach acid, but you have to get within about 4cm to actually smell it. If you nic the rind off, it's gone, and you are left without the whole experience, but still it's so rounded, rich, and just deep. I wish it was in the local store, or cheaper, because it's a niche product and all - anyway, totally worth it. Cheaper if you go to the seller's site, but hey, I didn't know what then.
