The video makes it appear that adjusting the unit is easy, but it is not. Several employees attempted to raise and lower the unit, and it was quite difficult. The unit drops quickly when trying to lower it and is not easy to lift back into position. Although I was told it would be easy item to return if I was not satisfied, the company charged us $787.50 to return and restock the unit. I felt they were deceptive in their advertising of this item and was disappointed with their failure to provide all information if I wasn't satisfied.
