I'm familiar with multi-function apt-x earbuds. I go running with them, and go through a pair about every couple months. The sound coming out of these things right now is better than the four or so, semi-broken earbuds i have lying around. The bass is so bassy... (for earbuds)I don't want to make it sound like these things are the best headphones you'll encounter; but as far as earbuds go, and for this price, i'd totally but these again after i break them.This bass ... you know how your feet can hit the ground on the bass notes during a run..? These earbuds make me can't wait to do that.OHHH- and they definitely feel secure. Silicone ear spokes are barely noticeable, and the band is really light. They actually stay on better, and less noticeable than the earhook style buds i just broke.
