While UPS delivered it a day early, there was no advance notification and the driver merely left it at my door. He hadn’t driven off yet, so I told him that delivery instructions specifically said delivered into the home, and he stated that it is ILLEGAL for him to enter my house! So expect to have yours left on your porch and carry into your house yourself. And it is heavy! Second, it arrived with a dent on one corner. Oddly, the shipping box was undamaged and the safe is packed in styrofoam. It must have been dented before it was packed at the factory. I called desertcart customer service and told them that I would prefer not to send it back, but would like a rebate on the price equal to what I would have gotten by purchasing a scratch-and-dent item from desertcart Warehouse. A couple of photos were emailed and the rep quickly quoted me a refund amount that was most satisfactory and it was issued as an desertcart Gift Card. All-in-all a good experience.
