The batteries seemed to be getting wet internally. While it did work, it took several tries to before soap came out. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly with my hand underneath to get soap. I would hear the pump working but nothing until about the third try. Also, the feet on the bottom are cheap foam, not rubber. ### ⭐ Trash *by B***. on February 1, 2019* The dispenser went off on it's own one night and dispensed all of the soap into the sink and leaked into the canister and battery areas. Don't waste your money. This is the second one it has done the same thing to. I wouldn't even give it one star but that option isn't available. So I wasted 8 batteries and a bunch of Dawn.
