The model number was not included. I matched it based on appearance. With no experience opening up a computer I replaced this piece, as my plug would no longer stay in or charge as wires were broken. It took looking at youtube videos and Googling how to unclip ribbon cables and removing lots of screws...but this inexpensive piece saved me buying a new laptop or an expensive repair. Just be careful, don't touch parts you don't need to and look at videos and you too can fix. I've been using my computer now for weeks with no problem.
