My problem is with the keyboard. It won't allow you to use the "@" sign, the "a" comes out as "q" , the "q" comes out as an "a" . The numbers can only sometimes be used without hitting the shift button and other times only with the shift button. This is all I've found so far but just these few things make th3 keyboard useless, which is why I bought this case instead of one without the keyboard. Sorry but its getting returned ASAP. I wrote this on tablet without hooking keyboard up and on old tablet. ### ⭐⭐ Not universal! *by B*** on Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2019* This came with no instructions.
