It heats up quickly, has multiple settings, and does an excellent job at removing creases. It’s perfect for both travel and at home when you have a few items of clothing to get through and don’t fancy bringing the iron out. I haven’t really felt it to be heavy like some of the reviews have said. It’s compact and comes with a nice bag. It’s powerful enough to handle wrinkles - I’ve tried it on linen, cotton shirts, silk dresses and works a treat. I had a minor issue initially, but it was promptly resolved by Jaina in customer service, who was fantastic to deal with.
