    Mop heads fell apart.

I love this brand,  but in receiving this item,  2 of the mop heads fell apart and were unable to be used.  I buy these often but this was the first time through Amazon.  My others lasted over a year, I run a cleaning business,  these were no good.  Unfortunate to leave a low review, I can usually always say amazing things about past orders.
