I purchased mine back in March 2025, and for deep muscle massage for my legs it was just the ticket, it took some time to push through the additional pressure, a lot more effective than your foam equivalents. I used it for 20 mins each morning for five months and it works a treat, stretching out legs and reducing me knee discomfort. After 5 months I had an issue with the roller, contacted the supplier directly and they were extremely helpful, provided a replacement immediately. So, for price, performance, quality of service and this specific supplier I would strongly recommend this roller.
