Now I understand why - I was being Earthed via the metal parts on the laptop body. When wearing my Earthing band, my computer no longer bites me, but my band does!! Whenever I snap the wire onto the band, I feel I'm getting bitten all around my leg, arm, or wherever I've applied the band. The other night I just couldn't wear it because of the intense biting! It even hurt after removing the band. It's odd I can't find information about this effect on the Internet at all, given the frequent stories about biting laptops. (Yes, I've tested my outlet, and it is 100% OK.) I do think that my back pain is less in the mornings when I wear it. I'm in good health generally, but is this telling me that I have a LARGE imbalance in my body? What can be done to decrease the biting? I want to continue to use the product because the theory makes perfect sense to me (I am very involved with the medical literature, so I am very up-to-date with new studies).I left this review on the UniKeyHealth website, and they never posted it.... Are these reviews getting culled? Big plus with this kit over others -- It plugs into just the ground in your outlet, allowing you to plug in a 2-prong device at the same time. i.e., it does not disable your entire outlet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Band works for me, but not sheet *by E***H on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 19, 2013* I purchased both a sheet and one of these bands. I didn't notice any changes from using the sheet, but when I tried placing the band around my ankle when I slept (without the sheet) I notice a subtle, but noticable difference. Best I can say is that it feels like I'm sleeping more deeply. I returned the sheet and customer service was very nice; a small warning, however, the sheet is supposed to come with a grounding rod (??) for literally putting it in the earth rather than plugging it into a grounded outlet. Mine either did not come with one, or I did not see it and it got tossed with the packaging, but because I didn't return one I got dinged for the cost (relatively minor compared to the cost of the sheet). I didn't argue the issue too much, because I'm not certain if I missed it, and they were positive it was in the box. Either way - make sure you look for it when it arrives if you order the sheet and hold on to it until you are certain the product works for you. I appreciate that the company called me about it and didn't just ding me with a less than full price return because it wasn't in the box. That wins them lots of points in my book. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Need excellence training *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 15, 2013* The idea of grounding seems sound and I find it is helping with my many ailments. Since I am not in bad peak pain I find it helps take the edge off, I get a better rest. I notice a difference when I don't do it. I did give a set to a friend who returned from overseas vacation and had pain in all the joints, not a young person (i want to respect his/her privacy). Anyway before ending up on steroids she used this and said it helped her sleep as the book predicted. Now for my major complain about the business. I look at the picture an it has two straps, two connectors and a socket tester (it also comes with the book). I don't want to pay for all this stuff I all ready have and would just like another cord or strap for a reasonable price without all the other things. so if you buy this ask if you are going to get the book and the tester and what else and if it is the first order for you it may be worth it.
