Review: This is the best cookware set I have ever bought! The cleanup is a breeze. You can can easily wipe it with a paper towel or wet dish cloth if you want to reuse the pot or pan. I like that the handles attach and come off easily. I just wish it came with more than two handles. I found that it takes a minute to heat up, but I'm okay with that because it cooks evenly and fast. I've not used any oil or butter to cook eggs and nothing stuck to the skillet. For me the tops fit a little weird though. I like that it also comes with some utensils, and the little mats you can place hot pots or pans on. The largest skillet you practically use it as a pot. It's pretty deep. I cooked some boneless beef shoulder ribs, and instead of sticking them in the oven I let it cook and simmer on the stove top. There was no sticking or burning of the skillet, and it cooked really fast. I'm thinking of purchasing the bakeware set. That's how much I love this!
