Review: Long pole saves the day. - The best product this short gal ever purchased. Worked a charm. My only problem was not being able to see the socket when replacing the bulb. But with a little bit of poking around and it was in. Just remember, righty tightly, lefty loosy. 😉
Review: Solved my problem - Purchased this product to address one light that hangs over a stairway and is unreachable to change the bulb. The stairway is enclosed and does not get much natural light. I always check reviews from reliable sources when considering what brand to choose, as well as checking out desertcart customer reviews. This brand and model seemed to come up repeatedly as one of the better products. Well, though it's packaging left lots to be desired (took me days to get it open), the product itself worked perfectly for me! I did enlist a second person to help but that's because the light itself was twisting when we would turn the bulb. Used a cheap dollar store grabber to solve that problem. Worth every cent so I can have light in that stairway. Now if I could only find bulbs that aren't LED (worst idea ever). . .

**Q: Will this pole reach 24 feet ?**
A: No not that high   I had to use a 10 foot ladder to reach the 25 foot ceiling to change a bulb. it worked well for that bulb. Just as a note, I used the device to change some bulbs in a 10 foot ceiling which is reachable with the pole. However if the bulb is really tight in the socket, it will not loosen with the device. I had to manually loosen the bulb with the ladder.  Good luck

**Q: I have canned ceiling lights with a 2” opening.  Is there a attachment that will fit the opening.?**
A: There is an attachment for the Unger 977001 Universal Light Bulb Changer Kit with an opening of 1 and 7/8 inch.  I do not have canned ceiling lights that are 2" openings so have not tried to use the attachment that is 1 and 7/8 inch.  If it is prime (free shipping both ways), I'd order it and give it a try.

**Q: have the unger telescopic pole. need the attachments for changing lightbulbs. are the attachments sold separately?**
A: No. The attachments all come with it. Varying sizes from small bulbs in ceilings to flood lights. I changed the 20 foot ceiling light bulb very easily. Had to stand on a ladder but It was easy to do.

**Q: Will this fit over bulbs in recessed lighting?**
A: Yes it does. It comes with different attachments for different bulbs.

The took me a while to figure out how to use. I was afraid of breaking a bulb and glass showing down. I practiced fitting bulbs inside the attachments to see how much force one should use to properly remove a bulb. After that it was easy. Good tool for high ceiling bulb removal.
