FF8 only features 69 (nice) pages as opposed to FF7 with 113 pages and FF9’s whopping 125 pages. I genuinely feel VIII is very underrated and it’s vindicated by this fact, but either way, I still adore this book. The content has some REALLY gorgeous art, interesting looks into storyboarding and initial drawings, and the binding and cover are definitely a nice quality. I really would recommend this for Final Fantasy fans and am planning to get the other two volumes. Although some of the art is small, lots of it is good sized. There are lots of facts about the game's development and even things like concept maps for areas.
