While the pillowcase is cool on initial contact, it needs to be flipped almost as often as a normal pillow to keep that cool sensation. It does feel cooler at first than normal cases but it doesn't prevent waking up with a sweaty neck or head.What bothers me the most is that the pillowcase started pilling up within a few nights of use.
