It allows the attachment of many metal components such as corrugated sheets, flat sheets, metal facades, metal siding, metal roof panels, cover plates and cladding and frames of windows to concrete, masonry, stones, ceramics, wood, glass and metals (copper, brass, bronze, anodized aluminum, hot dipped galvanized steel and electro galvanized steel. Easy to apply with a standard spatula gun. Technical information: Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C. Polymerisation speed: approx. 3 mm/24 h. Skin formation time: approx. 25 minutes. Consumption: One cartridge with 290 ml is sufficient for approx. 5m cable Application: on clean, dry and free from dirt, oil, grease, cement milk. After the required preparation of the brackets, open the end of the cartridge before or after inserting into the sealing gun and then screw in the nozzle. Apply in cords, strips or adjustable feet at intervals of several centimetres. Only use manual pressure to bring the elements to be glued to the correct position before the glue forms a skin. Incorrectly positioned elements can be easily peeled off and repositioned in the first minutes after application. Press firmly again. If necessary, use temporary tapes, wedges or accessories to fix the assembled elements during the beginning of polymerization. The fresh, non-polymerized, permanent adhesive on the surface should be removed immediately. The final strength is achieved after the complete polymerization of Sikaflex-117 Metal Force, i.e. after 24-48 hours at +23°C, depending on weather conditions and thickness of the adhesive layer.
