As stated in another review, the thermometer has broken off its brackets inside the glass and is now useless. We have no children so it wasn't abuse of the product. This is actually our second thermometer from this MFG. Our fist was much better. We purchased it last summer and you could remove the top to have a submersible thermometer. We liked the last one much better and would still have it but my husband cracked it when we were closing the pool last summer. I doubt we will be ordering this one again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ lasted only 2 years *by C***E on July 10, 2024* This pool Thermometer was easy to read and did float well, however i took one star off because the glass broke within the casing and it doesn’t work now.
