I was going to go out on Halloween with my son and wear the Iron man helmet but this one is actually much more comfortable to wear. The pads inside are very thin but it doesn't diminish the comfort level. I am an adult with an above average sized head and it fits well but is smaller than than any of the other legends helmets I own. (which is most of them) I think that this is my 2nd favorite behind the Darth Vader helmet which BTW is huge compared to the voice changing version from a couple of years back. The quality is top notch and I really like that the eye visor opens up so you can wear it at night while taking the kids out trick or treating. It also eliminates one of my biggest complaints with all of the helmets out there which is eye piece fogging. The helmet also has a rubber nose and eye piece inside the helmet that helps with comfort. Overall I would say that this helmet is a home run.
