The filtered shower head (high quality plastic) with real metal hose has lots of settings. It’s super easy to install, no tools needed, and comes with plumbers tape. This is the second one I have bought. We have extremely hard water where I live and I can definitely tell the difference in my skin/hair after using this for a while. But more importantly, Cobbe has FANTASTIC customer service. A couple of weeks after receiving my second purchase of the same shower sprayer, the inner tube (housed within the metal hose) burst while showering. Think of it like a bicycle tire inner tube. I went through Amazon’s Return/Replacement prompts and had the option of contacting the manufacturer, which I chose.
