I wasn’t sure how they would hold up, but they are of surprisingly good quality. The units themselves are a bit on the lighter side which makes it feel like it might break easily, but no issues so far. Screen image is bright and clear. Size of screen is big enough that I don’t feel kids have to squint or bring too close to their face. Love that the menu has preview of the game so that my 4 year old doesn’t have to keep asking me which game is the one he’s looking for. The charging indicator on one of them is a little wonky and never seems to turn off after hours of charging, but that hasn’t seemed to affect battery life. Though I didn’t time it, I think per full charge the units probably provided 4-5 hours of gameplay before needing a recharge. I do wish there was a brightness adjustment for the screens as they are quite bright in the dark. Also a battery indicator to show how much juice is left would be helpful, but not end of the world. The games themselves are entertaining and include some pretty classic games (not branded of course). As an adult I would totally play with this myself.
