I've been using it for about 3 weeks now. My back doesn't hurt as much as normal after a workout, so I feel it's giving me a little more core-support than I expected. I wish I would've gotten it a little smaller, because it's a little big to wrap around me, but I make it work. I can wrap it around my mid-section 1 and a half times. I don't take it off until right when I'm about to get in the shower because my tummy will be dripping wet with sweat, even 30 minutes after getting home from the gym. I feel like it's been helping my weightless a little, but of corse I've been putting in the work at the gym too. I definitely don't feel my workout was as benificial on days I forget it at home. I've been placing it lower on my midsection lately to work on my hips that I gained while recovering from surgery, and I'm noticing a difference in my hips now. Again, I'm putting in the work at the gym too!! I go about 4-5 days a week, for an hour a day.
