So the software is crap and the item will not work. When you open up the app it does nothing but show your iphone storage and a big N/A on the drive. The contact and powerbank buttons are greyed out so you can't click on them hoping for support. So you have to spend 10 minutes looking for the manufactures website which is not printed on the instructions or the box its self. After finding they web site it just has links to other software and nothing else. No help, support, or even a FAQ. What trash company runs like this now a days. To sell stuff that doesn't work Even looking at the app store review of over 700 negative reviews average score of 1.3. I feel Amazon should take a piece of responsibility for letting trash products and companies from selling on their platform. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Useful across many platforms *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 6, 2018* It works well... fast & secure. I can load work files files (*.doc, *.ppt, etc.) or music (even movies) from my DVR or PC onto the Pen (Thumb) Drive and play them on my iPad, iPhone, Samsung Tablet/Phone, etc. The USB port end has a 'fold-down converter' to produce a male mini-USB port. Looks a little funky but it works. I ding it one star because neither the lightning port male end nor the USB male port end have a protective cap. The thumb drive slides back and forth laterally within a hard plastic shell. So, one port is always exposed and unprotected from scratches, bumps and bends. Mine hasn't suffered any damage but, there seems to be that risk. ### ⭐ Does not work! *by R***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2018* The APP necessary to use this is broken. An update has been promised but I have grown tired of waiting. The user manual is not very helpful.
