It has so many good ingredients in it that are good for my teeth and gums, and the cinnamon flavor is a great change from all the minty flavors that are out there. It also has CoQ10, not sure what it's doing, but I just know that my teeth don't hurt as much now that i'm using it. The dentist had recommended a lot of dental work on my teeth, including a deep cleaning, YIKES! Sure didn't want to do that, plus a lot of fillings, and follow up deep cleanings later on, a few teeth pulled in the front and a parcel plate, a total of $8,000 dollars and more, which I would have to sell my house, well you get my point. So I decided to start taking better care of my teeth, and using perobrite tooth paste and the perobrite mouth washes are saving my teeth. I just ordered them both.
