**Q: Is the element stainless steel? Description just says steel.**
A: The filter element is stainless steel.

**Q: Why does this product leak without even being under pressure supplied by the pump? From a professional mechanic for over 10 years, this is crap.**
A: I dono why they left out a simple chamfer that would trap the o-ring.  simple solution that the manufacturer just didn't feel like doing.

**Q: I have a auxiliary fuel tank on my diesel truck and I was wanting to know can this be used to filter the fuel**
A: I would by a secondary diesel filter with a replaceable filter.  Diesel specific.

**Q: What size is the filter cartridge element?**
A: 50mm is all I’ve ever seen listed.

Really nice fuel filter setup. Reran the lines on a 00 Silverado. Used the evil energy Teflon hose kit with this filter. Filter is well made, no leaks after installation. It’s nice it comes with the different size fittings, would also be nice if you could save a few bucks and just order with what size you need. Worked out great.
