Not true! Thoroughly wash your hands and face prior to use. Put your serum in the bottle, turn it upside down for 2 minutes with the lid in place, then stamp your face, neck, chest, whatever area you want! This does not come with the serum! I bought the suggested ISDIN SERUM. The 2 together are wonderful. It does only come with the empty bottle which has 20 tiny needles. Much cheaper than going to the salon to have this treatment.
