I DIDN'T KNOW THIS, HOWEVER I HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THAT A 70% SOLUTION IS BETTER, FOR THIS PURPOSE, THAN PURE ALCOHOL... GOOGLE THIS IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME... WATER IS AN ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY COMPONENT.. Yeah, I found it strange also... This is very important thank you** A: 99% ie full strength **Q: Can I mix with water or I have use pure?** A: Depends on what you are using it for. Cleaning metal is probably best to keep neat at 99.9. As a hand sanitiser I mix 10 ml glycerine to 90ml so still strong enough to work but slightly thicker or could use aloe Vera gel.
