Being on a keto diet, a lot of the jerkies on the market have too much sugar to be worth eating, but I was surprised to find this brand with ~1g per serving. The bag arrived vacuum sealed with everything still intact(other brands leave it loose and then by the time the box gets to you, you're left with a bag of crumbles). The taste is top notch, nothing crazy overboard or artificial tasting but it tastes exactly how you imagine jerky should taste. It seems like they used really good quality meat and didn't need to throw a bunch of extra ingredients/preservatives in while preparing it. The bag itself seemed like more than 8oz but I didn't weigh it. If you're looking for a quality product, that tastes good with minimal processing (and made in the US) this is your ticket.
