It lets me use my 8BitDo Pro 2 controller on my Xbox One with no strings attached, but I've had some initial quirks. My Left and Right Triggers were a bit too "touchy" at first; this is when I found out that the Wingman XB3 doesn't have the latest firmware. You just need to manually update it by visiting Brook's website, and the "touchy triggers" problem will be gone. I really like how it works with 8BitDo's Bluetooth Adapters right out of the box, too! There's no input latency issues when I want to use my controller wirelessly, AND I can use my Turbo and Macro features. On top of that, the Wingman itself also has Turbo and Macro features if you use their specially made software! I've read on their website that they sell all kinds of adapters for different consoles, like the PS5 and Nintendo Switch.
