Much more convenient that a huge ice pack for just a small finger, and both ice and heat option is great. I wear a plastic splint to keep the finger straight while it heals and this slips over the plastic splint easily to relieve pain from swelling. Surgeon approved my using it, said it was a good choice for icing because it doesn’t freeze hard.
