**Q: Is the hdmi 1 socket compatible with arc**
A: I don't know which hdmi is arc, but one of them is,  as I bought this as a present

**Q: can you get Amazon Video on this TV**
A: No. Amazon Prime Video app is not avaialble. Missing frequesnt updates on this TV opeerating system & apps. Thanks

**Q: Why does my tv keep turning itself off**
A: I'm sorry I don't know mine has just started doing the same thing today 14/03/19, and would love to hear of a fix asap

**Q: Regarding the question above, ^^^^^ it doesnt come with the internet. you still have to have your own home internet to connect surely?**
A: It is a smart tv with internet connectivity, but you must have an internet, wifi connection for that smart part to work ie Netflix. amozon firestik etc. The freeview TV works fine without a internet connection, and it isa very good tv for the money.

Never ever buy a hitachi smart tv. If you want you tube, Netflix and BBC I player then it's great, if you want anything more, literally anything, then don't bother. There's no itv, no Chanel 4, no now tv, nothing other than the three I mentioned above. Also those three I mentioned above don't really work as they should. Basically don't waste your money.
