The mask is battery powered so I'm free to roam around the house with it on. I'm not tethered to a power cord like other AC powered masks. Though I often just sit on the couch and watch TV or doom scroll on my phone. I started with 10 min session then moved to 20 minute sessions. I always enable the NIR mode which seems to have higher intensity. I tried both Red and Blue lighting since I want to improve my skin textures. My skin does feel brighter and smoother, but I also been taking care of it alot with cream and moisturizers. I think it's definitely worth the money since the clinic I go to charges quite a bit more each time. I rather just do it at home.
