The handle is comfortable.Before the baby was born my empty stroller had the misfortune of rolling down a flight of stairs. It was not damaged at all, which is a good sign of quality.My only real complaint is that the instruction manual is tiny and incomprehensible, especially the horrible little diagrams which make installation and setup unnecessarily confusing.
