They have just recently released a soy-free version that should be appearing in the online store and locally soon. I was told that the soy is used during their crystallization process. I have been informed that it would take consuming 700 packets of the current True Orange to equal 1 gram of soy. I hope this helps!! **Q: Is the flavor a natural one or as close to natural? I can't take the taste of Crystal Light, thanks for your help!** A: The lemon (and lime) flavors are lovely. They are truly ruined by the stevia. Calling that obviously unnatural sweetness "natural" is deceptive. If you don't mind the stevia taste, the citrus and other actual natural flavors are very good. I usually add it to 32 oz as I like if very dilute. I drink some every day and without dilution, it was not good for me teeth.
