Roasting coffee is my newest hobby (always been a coffee snob, so it was my next logical step) and this thing is an easy intro to the process. Plug and play functionality, choice between medium or dark roast, but there's little room for confusion or error while using this contraption. The resultant roast turned out to be quite tasty and considering the fact that I can pick up a five pound bag of unroasted coffee beans for about $40 or so, it's a significant savings. Happy with the purchase and looking forward to learning more about coffee roasting.Update - squeezed five months worth of use out of the thing before it went on the fritz.
